Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Products
At EcoEra, many of our products are manufactured and procured based on customer demand. This approach allows us to better manage inventory, maintain product quality, and minimize unnecessary long-term storage of products with defined shelf-life and storage considerations.
Because products may be specifically allocated or produced to fulfill an order, all purchases are considered final and are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and entered into production or fulfillment.
We strongly encourage customers to review product specifications, sizes, quantities, and order details carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While our products are non-refundable, we stand behind the quality and accuracy of every shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Before You Order
Because EcoEra products are supplied through a pre-order model, please keep the following in mind:
- Estimated delivery: Approximately 4 weeks.
- Orders are final once confirmed and entered into production/fulfillment.
- Please verify the bag size, quantity, and product specifications before ordering.
- We recommend that businesses carefully estimate their expected usage before placing bulk orders.
- For large or recurring orders, please contact us before ordering so we can help determine the appropriate quantity.
